It is the ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (Property ID), usually a 10-digit number: the first box of the property table on the e-Khata / Form-3. The same number is printed on the property's e-Aasthi public notice. It is not the Document Number at the top right.ಇ-ಖಾತಾ / ನಮೂನೆ-3ರ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಮೊದಲ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ 10 ಅಂಕಿ). ಆಸ್ತಿಯ ಇ-ಆಸ್ತಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ನೋಟಿಸ್ನಲ್ಲೂ ಇದೇ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೇಲಿನ ಬಲಭಾಗದ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಲ್ಲ.

The highlighted field ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, top right of the Form-3 or its acknowledgement, is the Document Number. If the PDF asks for a password, the same number opens it.

Two ways in. Enter the 18-digit Property ID to get every printed copy the Panchayat holds for that property — or, if you are holding the form itself, the document number printed on it (ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ) to get exactly that copy. No district or survey number needed.
18 digits is a Property ID. Anything shorter is read as a document number — a Sakala/GSC code works too.
